Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake

Baking a lot of different things within a week or two can lead to some excess, and not just in calories! Having made quite a few things recently, there are some random ingredients that needed to be used up. Not one to waste, the brainstorming began on what I could do with all this buttermilk, berries, and pecans.

Late Valentine's Post!!!

Hey Everybody!!! I meant to post this awhile ago, but school and life have been a little hectic so I hadn't had the time. So you remember the cupcakes I took to my old work? Well my good friend Judy loved them so much she ordered a Valentine's cake from me for her man! Isn't that awesome? He loves coconut cake so I did a chocolate cake with a coconut cream filling, buttercream icing, and covered it in coconut! I also made it a heart shape cake and added some special Valentine's details!

Apple Cake FAIL
Okay, so I was going to make a video on apple spice cake. Well, I actually DID make a video, but the results were less than stellar. I had tried a new recipe and it was very unimpressive, and I felt it would be a waste to share it with you because I will never be using that recipe again, and I wouldn't want to pass it on. The good news is, though, that I got a little practice on camera (Mark was laughing at me because of how nervous I was, lol). So I will try to make an actual video soon that would be beneficial for all of us. ;)
