Fresh Fruit Pizza

Every Summer through the Fall we have the Salem Saturday Market bestowed upon us. Handmade goods, fresh squeezed lemonade, delicious baked treats, and gorgeous produce all line the rows of the market. My favorite part of the market is the fresh, local berries.
If you're not in Oregon during berry season, you are truly missing out. I came up with this recipe after having something very similar at a baby shower. I could not get enough! It is such a delicious and fresh tasting treat on a hot day.

See how delicious those look??? YUM

We like to use extra berries to make berry lemonade...

Make your favorite sugar cookie dough (1/2 batch makes 1 pizza)

Roll out on pizza sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes

When cool, top with a mixture of 1 package of cream cheese that has been blended well with 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.

Arrange fresh berries/other fruit any way you like!

Cut yourself a slice and have atter!!!
This could be made even easier by using a packaged sugar cookie mix or ready made dough! Just like any pizza, the possibilities are really endless on what you can do. Use this as a base idea and let your creativity flow! Enjoy!!!

Love,

Kailee
