National S'mores Day!

Did you know that August 10th is National S'mores Day??? While I'm not a huge fan of actual s'mores, I love s'mores inspired recipes! Take a look at some options here. I think I'm going to make the cereal bars...although I have a box of graham cracker crumbs I've been wanting to use so I might make something up with that! What are your favorite s'mores recipes???
